    Hi,

    Does anyone know how quickly a property purchase can realistically be completed after exchange of contracts in NSW ?

    The norm seems to be 42 days, although I’ve been told this can be shortened to around 21 days at a push. Even so, this still seems a long time, if your plan is to buy, renovate and sell.

    Anyone have any experience of quicker turnarounds ?
