    Hello everyone,

    I have finally received the permit from the Council to build 2 Units in Claytion, Victoria and need to look for Builders. At this stage I am getting quotes for the job. This is stepping into the unkown as I have only bought established houses. All help, suggestions and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
