    Hi everyone

I was just hoping if anyone could share and point me in the right direction of compiling info and knowledge on the process, documentations, places of lodgement and anything else when it comes to conveyancing in SA?

Any help no matter how small will be greatly appreciated.

I am currently building on to all my other more general notes on PI.

    thanks everyone! Appreciate your time!

    regards

    Alex

Just very broadly, tites are exchanged at the land titles office on settlement day. At this point all mortgages are discharged and paid out and new mortgages are registered on the title to the new owner.

If you are interested, why don’t you go down to the land tiles office on Grenfell st and watch a settlement happen?

    They are busiest on Fridays!!!
