    Starting to see some promising movement regarding rates and policy amongst a few lenders,
    ING have announced a rate reduction for new and current customers from 6.79% to 6.65% on the mortgage simplifier product.

    Also, Keep an eye out for news on a new low fee pro pack product being released soon. Cheers.
