HELP!
I need advice (or maybe a partner). I have a house on a 700sqm block in Western Sydney and know the guy next door is interested in selling. Same size block so total size would be 1400. There is town house developments in the street so I know DA approval can be obtained. I can probably get the place next door for about $390k but do not know what to do next… Anybody know a builder/ developer to talk to that can help me out?Erik

You know I didn’t. That’s from a private email send to friends….But you are right, it is my friend’s, not mine. He asked me to help and so I posted it. No need to complicate the message unnecessary.
Bottom line is, we are looking for an interested party to help.
