    G’day All,

    I am aquiring a large house block (with house as PPoR) and I am interested in rezoning the site for medium density housing from low density. Does anyone have any experience with this in the NT? Has anyone got any idea of potential costs and pitfalls? Will I have to subdivide on completion of rezoning, etc?
