Just evaluating Dr Dolf De Roos REAP program to see whether it is good property evaluation tool for buy & holds compared to other programs that are on the market.
Can you please provide comments, especially if you currently use it.

I use it and think it is great, a great way to find out accurate returns on investment. You can punch in each states stamp duty etc. make sure you read the directions.
