Hello everyone.
To get straight to the point, I am looking at buying some property with the idea of buying a house that’s on a big block of land and after few years of leasing I would take the house down and put some units up.
Now this is my first purchase and I know that there are heaps of factors involved, just need some basic figures if someone can please give me some. Block of land that I am looking at is 920m2 and eventually I would like to put up 3 units on there. Would anyone please give me rough estimate as to how much pre m2 it would cost to build say, 2 stories, 3BR, brick units? Like I said I am sure that there is lots of factors involved but if someone can an estimate would be great.
As I am also young, I don’t have access to much money so I wanna know if this would be better option then maybe buying a house just to rent at cheaper price. I do believe however where I am looking to buy has potential to grow.
