How is this looking

Moving away from my normal investment in Alpine property I thought I would run this one past the more experianced eyes, purchase price $130,000 for a 3 bedroom home, hardy plank and tiled roof, country location with rent as is of $160 -165pw or if I add ducted aircon $175 needs some minor works like paint and new basic kitchen (an Ikea one will be fine).

So is that looking like what we are after.

If so I can use equity in another to get this one off the ground, better see westpac[suave2] perhaps
