just been reading steve book (a bit behind the times) and have been thinking about his ideas and thoughts..Must say a lot of food for thought….
I use a simple philosiphy in life called K.I.S.S .I,m sure most of you know what that is…
Any ,my looking at property recently in came across this place that had possible income of about 900 to a 1000 a week maybe more..It had pool, close to a fairly major town and a lot of potential rental clients(tenants)..
without going into to much detail as i,m sure, by reading other topics that these sort of deals a getting hard to find.
I,m posting this message to see what your thoughts or suggestions are to maybe take this find to the next level..
I have never bought a property before so this is all new to me…
It could fit in the 11 sec solution rule….
Anyway i,m sure there is some people out there that might have some ideas….
