Hey everyone i am new here !!! i thought id give you a run down about myself .

Well I am 18 years old I just finshed school , I had always planned on going to university and saving up for an IP whilist studying full time and working part time. After talking to a family friend I changed my plan of attack and decided it would be better if I got a full time job in the area I want to work in the Finance industry.

I managed to get a well paying job just recently in a big multinational bank that primarily deals in super and manager funds. I am receiving a pretty good salary too (for someone who just left school anyways) Whilist working full time I plan on studying at FINSIA and completing a Diploma in Financial Markets.

I am planning to save a large proportion of my wage to invest in around 2 years time . I plan on investing in a cheap country town with potentials for CG’s and a high rental dependicy with the option of possible renovating. Hopefully by the time I can afford to put money into a property the market will be almost at the bottom of the cycle or if not already on the way up.

I am interested in getting to know some young property investors or pretty much anyone who invests in property. I live in Sydney and id like to catch up with a group of people maybe every few weeks to discuss property investments and ect if your a positive person and would like to get together with a group of like minded people possibly in the city every few weeks then let me know.
