Gearing ratio

LOC loans
Contract period
etcI understand some of these are very simple and i could spend time sifting back through posts to find examples of terms i almost replied with “what’s that mean?”[blink] but my point is what’s simple to someone is another question and it would make following some of the posts more education and the site easier to learn from?? (plus maybe avoid some repetition of Q asking)
