I’m in the process of wrapping a property that has been unoccupied for longer than 60 days, and because I failed to insure it immediately, I am now having difficulty finding anyone to insure this property, would you happen to know anyone that would insure a property that has been unoccupied for so long?

Also, the person interested in buying the property is in his last year of bankruptcy, so in that case, would you happen to know anyone that would insure a property that will inevitably be co-signed with a bankrupt party and that has also been unoccupied for longer than 60 days?

I would really appreciate any help that I could get

    Thanks very much

    Nathan,

I beleive it is illegal to provide finance to someone who is an undischarged bankrupt. I hope you have sought legal advice on this as wrapping is a form of finance.

    Regards
    Alistair
