    Hi,
I am new to this investing subject of property so some help would not go astray.
We have just refinanced with a line of credit of about $60,000. Is this enough money or do we need more??????
I would like to buy an investment property how do I go about it.
I think I need all the help in the world.
    Thanks good people,
    Karlm.

    Hello Karlm,
Yes 60K is enough to get started no worries!

What would you like to do?
    Positive cash flow ?
I would recomend you start small as it seems this will be your first and keep researching to make sure you have confidence in what and where you buy.
    Go for it!
