    Hi all,

    I would like to invest with a friend of mine and would like to know how I organise the legalities of it all.
    I remember reading somewhere in the posts that there was an old issue in a property investing magazine could anyone help with the magazine and which month?
    Has anyone successfully organised a partnership, and would like to lend some advice?
