    Hello All,
    I am keen to hear people’s opinions on the great little country town of Wello NSW.

    It was really booming a couple of yrs ago but (along with a lot of Oz) prices have evened out a lot since.

    Has anyone done any investing around this area.
    Apparently they have recently got the contract for Australias largest Gaol.
    (not sure if that’l be positive or not as it will bring a lot of inmates family members but maybe more crime too?)

    What are yr thoughts for the future?
