Investing in Highett

I am looking at purchasing an investment property on Graham Road in Highett. The street is fairly industrial and the block of units back onto the railway lines. I’m hoping the proximity to the train station and to the shops will make this a good long term investment. Does anyone know the area or have any opinions on Highett generally?
