    Hi Guys

    I am a new one to this site, I am hoping that you can give me some advice on what to do.

    I have a property in Gabbadah (WA) and it has quite a bit of equity dont know if to sell it now or hold on a bit longer, does anyone have any views/ideas on what will happen up that way.

    Hoping someone can help, saw someone called wayne12 has put some posts on maybe you could say what you feel about that area.

    Hiya willy123,

    We’ve got a funky little pad in Guilderton which is right next to a Gabbadah Park….is that getting close ??

    Or is there another Gabbadah that I’ve never heard of before ??
