    Hi all
    Wondering if anyone has had experience with vendors taking back (financing) the deposit amount of the purchase price enabling the buyer to purchase at no cost now.
    This is a new concept to me, but I am keen to learn more.
    Keen to hear how you crunched the numbers on these deals and any special issues that I need to be aware of.
