    Can someone please explain to me the difference between wraps and lease options.
    I am new an looking for a stratagy, I am thinking of buying steves wrap kit but before I do, I thought to ask you kind people if you could give me more information on lease options.
    I have a basic understanding of wraps but completely confused about lease options.

    A wrap is where you sell a property that you own on an installment basis. Property has been sold, but is being slowly paid off.

    A lease option is where you sell a option to purchase to the tenant. Property remains yours.
