We excepted a offer on our IP. After nearly 4 weeks of inspections,finance and stuffing around they pulled out. Should the agent have kept up the advertising until the exchange. he pretty much shut up shop on it. Now we have lost a month and the tenants are moving out in 2 weeks. If i stay with him should i tell him i want it advertised up until exchange?
