    font=Arial]Hello,
    I have just finished reading Steve’s book and loved it, however I am interested to know whether anyone has any ideas on where in Australia you could presently find residential property that would return a positive cashflow, and what type of property that might be (ie. new or old). We are keen to purchase one, but finding a place is proving quite difficult.
    Love to hear your feedback. Thanks[/font=Arial

    If you look hard enough in darwin you can find 11 second solutions and there has been good capital growth there in the last 2 years about 17% each year , also affordability is high at the moment around 50% thats almost double sydneys at the moment . Only my thoughts.But make sure your insured for cyclones .

    Cheers Rick
