We’re relocating to Australia. Just knew to the Property Investing buzz – we’re interested in renting our own property in Palmerston North. I wonder how people overcome the horror stories about Property Managers not looking after the best interests of the owner? e.g – regular inspections? tenant vacancy? property problems as they occur etc? If anyone knows of a decent property manager in the area we’d appreciate you letting us know. Cheers. Pru.
