All Topics / Help Needed! / Selling to tenant
Hi All
One of my tenants has asked if I am interested in being a vendor. My immediate reaction was no but then I remembered that there is some method of selling to a tenant that maximizes my profit. Can some one fill me in on what the method is and how it works, its advantages and disadvantages.
I dont really want to sell and would have to top up my portfolio with another property if I sell this one.
