    Hello forum.
As a new starter, I have been putting some thought into my approach in securing my first property and building a good/ trusted ‘support’ team around me to get it right from the onset. i.e. finding the ‘right’ financial planner, accountant, mortgage broker etc….who will have at least share similar views in the approach of +CF properties and not try and lead me up the garden path with other –CF or quick fix investments which do not align with my strategy or structure. As such I came across a company web site ‘Destiny Financial Solutions’ which have offices in most states and appear to be a one stop shop specializing in wealth creation of +CF investments.

I was wondering if there was anyone who may have had any dealing with this company with either good or bad experiences. I cannot vouch for others but I am like a sponge at the moment absorbing all information and would respect if anyone has an opinion /view. Unfortunately I don’t know any ‘recommended” professionals in this area other than those members I have seen contribute to this forum. Also if anyone has some strong recommendation of people/ companies in the Melbourne area, it would be appreciated.

I havent had dealings with them directly, but I have read Margaret Lomas’s book “how to make your money last as long as you do” She has a pretty good writing style. She now has a book out which deals mainly with cf+ve which I’ll get next pay day.

I would hope that because of the amount of exposure Destiny has both through Margarets books and even their Shopfront in North Fitzroy that they would be reputeable, and should be able to provide good advice.

    Cheers
    Simon

There is one in clayfield, brisbane that we went to and were told by them that one property per year was not realistic. This is where I left and thought, that contradicts what Margret Lomas says in her books. I did not use them.

I saw them as well in WA, the price was around $2,700 from memory and they couldn’t help me with my loans as I already had the structure in place that they were advocating..

IMHO..you can do better yourself by researching the market etc, however, if you want someone to show you the rpoes..why not at least have a look..?
