    Hi All,
haven’t been on the forum for a while;(

Am looking at providing student accomodation , I figure if you get $120 a week for each student you have got to get better returns on you investment???????? Anyway , won’t get too long winded but is there anyone doing this and how do you find it ………..pretty broad question I know, but any input would be appreciated :)
    Cheers

Simon has hit the nail on the head.

I have a couple of boarding houses and yes the turnover is higher than normal and take the odd phone call from the onsite manager on Sunday night but the general return is a lot higher than one would get from a standard investment property.

Certainly not everybodies cup of tea but what a boring world it would be if we all were the same.

    Cheers Richard
