    Found land at a absolute bargain(industrial area) in NSW The land is owned by the govmnt and is not freehold(perpetual lease} I would have to pay $1200 pa approx. lease fees on top of rates. My question is can this land be subdivided with out changing it to freehold? Can I build multiple warehouses then sell some of them under a perpetual lease?
