Well it has taken time however I have now sold my residential property which I had built to give me money to use in acquiring +CFP. After all bad debts paid out,and, purchase of a renovatable house in a good beachside position; which I now own outright. (Plenty of capital improvement potential) I have 150K cash plus house equity of gross $700K to use.(Had to own this house…deal with wife to sell other house…. she needs security)
Anyway, been out of it for a while and considering the property climate,(droping of Inv. tax)I am floundering a bit as to what to look at.
Is commercial best or residential…… I have been looking in QLD. NZ USA There seems plenty about, but I just don’t know….FLOUNDERING FLOUNDERING…..need a kick up the butt….[2way]….. or maybe some mentoring….brownbear
