Hi All
I am trying to create a win win situation on the Sunshine Coast for both an investor and our not for profit organistaion providing services to people with dementia and their carers. Can anyone make any suggestions or help?
The investor would provide a suited property and we would then pay rent (possibly with an option to purchase at a later date) that would ensure a healthy return. We are given operational (and some capital) funding by Qld govt. The need for dementia services are skyrocketing. We need to expand to fill the gap. But we can’t do that from our current location.
Can anyone see this as a good option for investment?
Cheers
Lori[blush2]Yes, it is suggested that due to our ageing population, dementia is expected to increase 65% by the year 2016.
I understand this would be a residential care facility. Where full-time professional nursing care is available, something like an aged care facility?
