Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has purchased Hans Jakobi’s home study real estate course and what their impressions of it were…?
The course costs $3497 (lump sum) or $3867 (split over 4 payments). There is a 100% money back guarantee offer but I’m skeptical of the conditions of this.

What I’m trying to determine is wether or not the course is worth the asking price or should I just continue buying RE books and conducting my own research over the net, forums, seminars etc…
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated as I am still very new to PI.

Use the $3400 as a deposit on on house and your will learn a lot more !

I bought the Hans Jakobi pack about one and half years ago, and it was reasonably good. It wasnt really for me though, so I sent it back and got a full refund. At least his money back guarantee is genuine, and he seems pretty down to earth.
