    Hi guys,

    Any idea where I can get correct information (not from Sales Reps at land release sites) on when Titles on particular parcels of land WILL be released definately? I am currently looking at purchasing a block of land in the northern suburbs of Perth but would like to know exactly when Titles would be thru. Thanx in anticipation

    The best ppl to know should be the developer….
    But they will not be able to give you and exact date.

    The best you can hope for is to contact their settlement agent closer to when they expect the titles to be released.

    Thanks KP, I just found out from a friend that the developer’s settlement agent will be able to back up the approx date that the developer gives me……and then I read your post…cheers
