    HI ALL!, & thks 4 reading. A sudden death in family has left me needing to buy a unit/duplex (circa $200k). I need minimal garden (or none) can’t be part of a big complex.
    ‘Simple’ dwelling with 2 bedrooms & capital growth ‘near guarenteed’! She’s keen on East Freo, White Gum valley, Beaconsfield,…(even Hilton or Palmyra).
    If I cannot locate a good ‘captial-growth-promising’ location in these regions – any other suggestions highly appreciated.

    All and ANY advice highly appreciated!

    Hi there,

    some areas close to Freo that you may want to look at, have included capital growth over 5 year period.

    Apart/Units
    Bicton – 11.6%
    Mosman Park – 18.95
    Hamilton Hill – 16.6%
