    Hi all,

    Im just after some advice and views on the unit/apartment market on the Gold Coast(Surfers Paradise or Southport).

    Im currently living in the USA, so I am a little out of touch with the Gold Coast market. There seem to be plenty for sale at the moment, so I was wondering if its a good time to buy from motivated sellers with the goal of holding for 5+ years.

    Im told there is still 1000+ migration to that area week, suggesting there could be continued demand.

    Id appreciate any thoughts.
