It’s only when you realise what others don’t know, you appreciate what you already know..
I only realised this when I attended a Property workshop last night, and I met a lot of individuals who are actively seeking the knowledge of how to Invest in Property, despite all the bad publicity and media out there, very encouraging.
An important note that the presenter mentioned yesterday, which was something I always thought of in the back of my mind was that Australia is only 200 years young! The bubble has not even been blown yet, in comparison to other countries.
You and I know that if you are reading this, you are a rather advanced individual in the Property investment field. Whether you are an experienced investors or on the verge of investing and in the learning process, you are doing a lot more towards your future than the remaining majority of the population.
My only reminder is to keep focus of why you are doing this and don’t get caught up in the wrong reasons. Be moderate in setting your goals and cautious to achieve them. And don’t forget we are in an information age so be sure to do your Research.

Invest from the heart. That’s what I believe, provide your tenants with a nice clean place to live and also make sure they feel secure is the way.
and don’t forget there are lots of ways to messure success. Parenting, Freinds, family. Investing can swollow you up if forget what’s really important.[glum2]
Soo true, alot of us tend to get too carried away with the material things and forget about the important things in life.. Success is really measured in many ways..
