    can anyone tell me?do you have to physically live in the property for 6 months when you use the first homeowners grant.i wont be renting it out ,until after the 6 months.

    its LT here ,the dude that put the question up! its either a dumb question or everyones freaked out that big brother is watching.the property investor gurus have read this im sure.surely you guys know.any one know the law !

    What does the act state?

    I for one wouldn’t recommend anything less than the requirement of the FHOG.

    Yeah live in for continuos 6 months within 12 months of settlement or construction. So you’d be sweet.
