    Hi to everyone, quick question about expected returns from money spent on renovation… Is there any rule of thumb on what return you should expect, ie I have heard of $2 capital increase for every dollar spent.

    Also, what are some cheap value adds for a block of four units in pretty average condition?

    One of the cheapest is paint (look this up on the forum as this subject comes up quiet alot)also can be done quickly and gives an instant freshen up.[biggrin]
