New to the site and getting ready to put our first offer on a house. Have previously purchased two vacant blocks chasing quick capital gains to give us a “leg up” into the housing market. With that now achieved, we have been looking around for our own home and are getting close – can anyone direct us to a site or thread where this topic may have been discussed in the past (or recommend books/programs) – things to include in the offer to cover ourselves from a disaster up the track….
