    Just planning my exit strategy for my first investment property. Just wondering what are all the costs associated with selling. I am not asking for figures because thats general and I can work it out, I just want to know what cost there are eg. agent fees, solicator fees, stamp duty etc. and you list the rest.

    I wonder about stamp duty if you are selling but think about : Exit tax if NSW , release mortgage if appropriate, allowance for portion of rates etc,

    Who knows ???
