Hi all, just a short question.
Is it legal to do a deal with the vendor of a property where you offer to pay them the full asking price on condition that they pay stamp duty and transfer costs?

Why not? It happens all the time with those house and land packages and sometimes with units off the plan.

It is legal to do any agreement you like as long as you are not defrauding anyone!!!
