All Topics / General Property / realestate.com.au now includes NZ
Yeah, it’s been on there for a little while now. All I need now is a few town names in NZ, I’ve heard of Auckland but which friggin’ island is that on?
Besides there are a few spotters over there turning up good deals, I suppose you could now check the NZ listings to see if they’re trying to rip you off![wink]
Its not bad but it only includes a few agents. If you are wanting to research New Zealand you should also look up Harcourts. In Chrischurch they would have a large share of the market. There are a number of search engines in New Zealand

Have you got one of the zenophobic computers that only finds sites that end in .au He He
With S.McK. guidance they should be adding the U.S.A. to their website.
Australia and New Zealand have peaked.
So Stevie,we’re off to the land of ‘big is better’. Including their WOMEN.Jumbo size, can’t wait!!!!bruham.[inlove]
Hi bruham
As someone said in another thread a 20% gross yield in the USA is the same as a 10% gross yield in NZ because of a different tax system in the States.
And the 10% deals are still to be found in NZ.

A website that I use for US properties is http://www.realtor.com It seems pretty good, but you need to have a fair idea of the area that you’re interested in.
Just thought that I’d tack that on.[cap]
