    People say there is an oversupply of apartments in Brisbane and often houses have to be fairly negatvely geared- what do people think of villas and townbouses in the southen suburbs of Brisbane

    These types of properties where you said are overpriced. They’re all negaively geared and the body corp and rates that are charged on these types of places will hurt even more.
