HI Guys, these positive properties are even getting harder to produce either through gain or positive returns.,I have found in Joint ventures with property owners, we need a lot of work and negotiations only to be hit on the head once another family member gets involved,even though the numbers look good.My Tip,carefully pick the property and more so the owners,as they become aware of what there property is really worth and close the door on you.Second tip Buy a pub if you can afford it,there are always in prime positions.
