    Hello, any ideas/input is appreciated!

Has anyone tried increasing rental income by individually renting rooms in a bigger house (11 beds)?

    Are there specific insurances necessary?
Would you consider managing it yourself?
Would a property manager charge per room or could you negotiate for the whole building?
Can you arrange leases to be passed between students/backpackers?
Would you need any different insurance or just the regular house and contents and landlord?

    Are there any other pitfalls?

Do a search on student rooms or accomodation.

    Has been discussed several times.
