What is the best-suited/recommended accountacy software to use for keeping track of real estate investments?…..I just want to get the right one instead of buying somethin useless!
    thanks in advance[blush2]

Sounds to me like you need a glorified cash book,

Something simple like Cashmanager might be the way to go as you can tailor it to meet your requirements and can easily formatted to MYOB, Cee data, Solution 6 or anything else your Accountant might use.

    Cheers Richard

    Hi Maki,
    [bonjour]
If your just starting out then your book keep load shouldn’t be too heavy. I’d suggest that it’s more important to get your bank accounts setup separately so that all of your delaings are fairly transparent, and let your accountant worry about the details.

My accountant recommends MYOB, so that’s the way I’ll be heading, but I’ve got little experience of it just yet..ask me again in 6 months!!!
