Getting Started

Hello folks,

I am new to this forum, and have recently completed reading Steve’s book – which has highlighted some very beneficial investment principles that I was unaware of previously. I have a quick question. In terms of sourcing investment properties, what do most investor’s do to locate properties that return positive CoCR returns ? In today’s climate, do they exist ? I have tried looking for such properties on the internet, and have found it horribly hard.

Can any one offer some suggestions.
