    hi folks we are selling one of our property and have a buyer and r just about to send contract back to layer and have had a difrent angent bring round a buyer who will give 2.5 k more he said someing about a auction contract will this have a shorter settelment time than the standerd contract any info would be great dont know much about auctions at the moment thanks burbonbill[blink]
