    Does anyone have any experience/opinions with this type of housing? I’m looking at a couple at the moment with fairly reasonable BC fees and am thinking to buy and hold. With regard to CG, is the size of the block still important? Of the 2 I’m looking at, one is on quite a large block but the house is not so well laid out and the other is on a tiny block but with a better designed house (IMHO). The one on the larger block will cost about 15% more.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.
