    Hi Phil,
    Just have a question.
    With the % for property management fees & maintenance costs it will no longer change when I put in the new % it seems to be locked as I have put in 0% before & than I can go back & change it later, but on this one it won’t allow me it do it any more. It only seems to be on one of my property list. [blink]

    Should I just delete it & start again or can it be fixed?

    Hope you can understand this okay.

    Hi

    I have tried to make this happen and cannot reproduce the error. You can always do as you suggest and delete the property and re-enter the info.

    If you have a lot of data already entered for this property, I may be able to get it to work, but you would have to send me the data file with all your property info, I can understand if you do not feel comfortable doing this.
