    G’day Guys!
    I’m a first time investor looking to build an invetsment property in Bundaberg, Central Queensland. The idea is to build within 6-8 months and sell at a profit. Being a first time builder/buyer, can you guys give me a list of possible traps/loopholes/things to watch out for? Also any suggestion from experienced investors, would be much appreciated.
