how hard is it to organise defence housing as a investment is this one of the worse kind of investment to get into or just the hardest? and how can I find information about ding this as from what I understand this is the better scams I can think of as a first investment as finding a tenet that is trustworthy??

No scam; definitely low risk for a first buy, but these days the returns seem pretty low.
